I have to admit, if I were a 'non-couponer' and I walked into Kroger today, I would've walked right out! Their non-sale items are out the roof! As I was walking the isles, putting items into my cart that 1 year ago I was never able to buy, I reminded myself why I enjoy teaching others to coupon: because life needs to be affordable.
Kroger does not have an official coupon policy that I have found. The easiest thing to do is call your local Kroger and ask them these questions:
1. Do you double paper coupons?
2. Up to what value will you double a coupon?
Kroger does not:
1. Stack coupons (take more than one coupon per item)
2. Accept both a manufacture coupon and an e-coupon for the same item
3. Double e-coupons
4. Allow you to use a paper coupon for an item if you have an e-coupon for that same item already loaded on your card.
(Honestly, I don't worry with e-coupons. Seems like a bit too much hassle for me)
